Terms of Service for QuarrisTimeArt Art Commissions

1. General Information

* Artist: QuarrisTimeArt

* Contact Information: [email protected], TH: QuarrisTimeArt or Facebook

* Commission Types Offered: Lined Style or Sketch Style. Headshots, Bustshots, Half bodies, Full bodies, Couple art, Digital Badges.

2. Commission Process

* Inquiry: Clients may inquire about commissions via email, toyhouse and Facebook messages.

* Quotes:

* Acceptance: The artist reserves the right to accept or decline any commission request.

3. Payment

* Currency: All prices are in USD.

* Method: Payments are accepted through PayPal.

4. Artwork

* Ownership: The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios and galleries.

* Usage: The client may use the artwork for Personal purposes and Commercial.

* Alterations: The client may not alter the final artwork without the artist’s consent.

5. Revisions

* Initial Sketch: The client is entitled to 1 free revisions during the sketch phase.

* Further Revisions: Additional revisions may cost extra charges.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

* By Client: If the client cancels the commission before work has started, a refund will be given in full. If the commission has started, a partial refund will be received.

* By Artist: If the artist cancels the commission at any stage, the client will receive a full refund.

7. Delivery

* Sent Via: Artwork will be delivered to Toyhouse or Email.

* Timeframe: The estimated completion time is 1-3 days, subject to change based on the artist’s schedule and complexity of the commission.

8. Disputes

* Resolution: Any disputes will be handled privately between the artist and the client.

9. Agreement

* Acceptance: By commissioning QuarrisTimeArt, the client agrees to the above terms.
